Soliant is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting near Saco, ME. This contract position focuses on fostering growth, independence, and participation in education for children of varying abilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OT license for the state.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess students to identify OT needs in the educational setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with IEP teams.
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students.
• Document progress, maintain records, and attend meetings as required.
• Consult with teachers, families and staff to support student success and accessibility.
• Stay informed of current practices and regulations for school-based OT.
