Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services in Burbank, IL. You will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that support participation in the school environment.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators, write evaluation reports and progress notes, and contribute to IEP development to promote academic success and functional independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in OT required.
• Active state license on or able to obtain.
• Experience in schools or with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to students.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
• Writes evaluation reports, progress notes, and IEPs.
• Communicates with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
