The successful candidate will collaborate with teachers and the child study team, monitor progress, and maintain IEP compliance while participating in ongoing professional development. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure as Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' physical abilities and functional mobility.
• Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers and the child study team.
• Monitor progress and adjust instruction and goals as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development activities and trainings.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
