Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based experience.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with staff, parents, and community.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ physical abilities and relevant pediatric assessments as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized goals to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and child study team; monitor progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development and promote an inclusive classroom environment.
