Qualifications

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist with school-based experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' physical abilities and pediatric-related physiology/anatomy as needed.
• Develop and implement individual goals to improve mobility, strength, coordination and independence.
• Collaborate with teachers and the child study team.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of performance and IEP compliance.
• Participate in professional development and training as required.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
