Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a K–12 school-based program in Kaunakakai, Hawaii for the 2026–2027 school year. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct and consultative OT services to help students access their education.

In collaboration with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and provide strategies and adaptations to support student

Qualifications

• Active Hawaii OT license required.
• Experience collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support IEP processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal OT assessments to determine students' needs.
• Develop and coordinate OT treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct OT services and consult with classroom staff and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and determinations as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
