Job summary

EDU Healthcare seeks a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and support students’ academic, social, and functional success. Located in Gladstone, OR, the role focuses on delivering therapy services within school settings and collaborating with educators and families.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat students, prepare evaluation reports and IEPs, and coordinate with parents and school staff to improve educational health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ACOTE accredited university.
• Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain.
• Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to exceptional children students.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students.
• Write evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans.
• Communicates and coordinates therapy with parents, teachers, and administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.

Education
