Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time, on-site role supporting K-12 students near Gladstone, OR. You will work within an interdisciplinary school team to deliver high-quality therapy tailored to IEP goals and student needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist license required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with students across K-12 grade levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students according to IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students' functional participation.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Support students in building independence, fine motor skills, and adaptive strategies for learning.
