Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time, on-site Occupational Therapist to deliver school-based OT in Oregon City, OR for the 2026-2027 school year. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student participation and independence in the classroom.

The role includes evaluations, goal development within IEPs, consistent documentation, and guaranteed hours with support from the district and TheraPeds team.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Current OT licensure in the state where services are provided.
• NBCOT certification.
• School-based credential or DoE certification when required.
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in schools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based OT services to support educational participation.
• Complete evaluations and assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop and monitor therapy goals within IEP processes.
• Provide consultation to teachers, families, and school teams.
• Manage caseloads with documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on intervention plans.
