Job summary

EDU Healthcare seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services for a September start in Mendon, MA. The role centers on evaluating and treating students, collaborating with teachers, and contributing to the students’ educational plans.

The OT will document progress, communicate with families, and work with a district team to support exceptional learners in their academic goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from ACOTE accredited university.
• Active state-level licensure or ability to obtain license.
• Experience working in schools or with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to students in school settings.
• Evaluates, screens, and observes students as part of OT assessments.
• Writes evaluation reports, progress notes, and individualized education plans.
• Communicates and coordinates therapy with parents, teachers, and school administrators.
• Performs other related tasks as required.
