Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a school-based Occupational Therapist to support students from Pre-K through 12th grade in four locations near Holly Springs, MS. The role is a full-time contract of 35 hours per week for the academic year spanning Sept 9, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

You will develop and monitor individualized OT plans aligned with IEPs, collaborate with educators and families, and ensure accurate documentation of treatment, progress, and service delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as an OT in Mississippi (MS).
• Experience in school-based settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with IEP processes, pediatric and adolescent therapy approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct OT services to students Pre-K through 12th grade with individualized support.
• Develop, implement, and monitor OT plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school teams and families to support student success in academics and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment, progress, and service delivery.
