Job summary

Soliant Education is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a school-based program in Oakland, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time contract role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support students' functional goals under IEP guidance.

You will evaluate students, develop and implement OT plans, provide direct services, and document progress while participating in IEP meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state Occupational Therapy license.
• NBCOT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students to identify functional, sensory, motor, and self-care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom accommodations.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
