Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy within an Approved Private School. You will evaluate students, develop and implement IEP-aligned interventions, and collaborate with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team.

Using evidence-based practices, including ABA, you will promote skills in natural learning environments, support functional participation in classroom activities, and help students access the curriculum.

Qualifications

• Pediatric or school-based occupational therapy experience.
• Must be registered with NBCOT.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based OT services and evaluations.
• Develop and implement IEP-aligned interventions.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including ABA, in natural learning environments.
• Promote functional skills and participation in school routines.
