Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Arlington Heights, IL. The OT will assess students, plan and implement treatment to meet IEP/504 objectives, and collaborate with teachers and families to support accessibility and functional skills.

This onsite position offers a 35-hour week with a school-year contract, a $55–$60 hourly rate, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of IL.
• IL Driver’s License and CPR certification required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers occupational therapy procedures to achieve IEP/504 objectives.
• Assesses fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills to guide treatment.
• Collaborates with parents, teachers, physicians and staff to coordinate services.
• Develops treatment plans and provides educational materials for remediation.
• Travel to multiple sites to provide direct therapy and consultative services.
• Documents activities with progress notes, logs and reports.
