Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our school-based program in Bemidji, MN. You will deliver individualized therapy to students ages 3 and up, aligning treatment plans with IEPs or medical goals, and documenting progress to support ongoing outcomes.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise COTAs as needed, perform evaluations, and complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or eligibility.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check and TB clearance as required by state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience in school settings and with IEP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized OT treatment plans for K-12 students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to set goals and accommodations.
• Oversee and support COTAs as needed.
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and ongoing assessments.
