Job summary

Soliant, Osseo, MN, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract near Osseo. This maternity leave replacement will transition into an extended role through the 2026-2027 school year, supporting student well-being and progress across PreK-12 in a collaborative school setting.

Starting as soon as possible, you’ll evaluate students, create and implement plans, and help maintain progress records while coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active and valid Minnesota Occupational Therapist License.
• Solid grasp of occupational therapy concepts for school-based settings.
• Prior experience in school environments highly preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Adaptability in managing diverse caseloads and varying student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions for students PreK-12.
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in developing educational goals.
• Document student progress and maintain detailed, accurate records.
• Provide consultative support to teachers and staff regarding classroom modifications and adaptive strategies.
• Foster inclusive environments that promote student independence and participation.

What We’re Looking For
