Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience or strong interest in providing OT services in schools.

• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams.
• Open only to OTs; COTAs will not be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as determined by IEPs.
• Observe classroom environments and recommend meaningful adaptations to support access to learning.
• Complete thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments to track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to maximize student outcomes.
• Document services provided and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and legal requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input regarding student needs and progress.
