That means no unrealistic expectations, no impossible caseloads, and no feeling like you’re on your own. For this role, we are looking for an OT with school-based experience who is excited to continue learning and growing alongside a supportive team. You’ll be stepping into an established school caseload and helping provide additional support where it’s needed most. We are a small, tight-knit team that truly prioritizes therapist well-being. You’ll be working with clinicians who get it, who are available to problem-solve with you, and who care deeply about both their students and their team. We believe great therapy happens when therapists feel supported, respected, and empowered, and that’s exactly what we aim to provide. If you’re an experienced OT looking for a part-time school-based role where you can do meaningful work, be part of a supportive team, and continue to grow as a clinician, we’d love to connect!
