Birch Tree Therapies LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a part-time role (2 days/week) in a Philadelphia-area school. You will join a therapist-centered team, support an established caseload, and grow professionally while providing student-centered OT services.

Ideal candidates have school-based OT experience, PA license, and NBCOT certification. We offer mentorship, flexible schedule, and opportunities for additional days as programs expand.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering occupational therapy in school settings.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families and school teams.
• Strong documentation and goal-setting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered, strengths-based OT services.
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings.
• Develop and implement meaningful IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and school teams.
• Support participation in natural classroom settings.
• Provide consultation and accommodations strategies.
• Maintain organized and timely documentation.
