Job summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated School-Based Contract Occupational Therapist to support students in a school setting, with the goal of academic achievement, independence, and participation. This contract role offers flexible full- or part-time opportunities and competitive weekly compensation in North Carolina.

The OT will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative services, while participating in IEP meetings and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
  • NBCOT certification required.
  • Pediatric or school-based experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with a variety of disabilities.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, district, and federal regulations.
