Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a compassionate Music Therapist to empower students in school settings. You will evaluate needs, design interventions, and deliver music therapy aligned with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active MT-BC certification (or equivalent such as ACMT, CMT, or RMT).
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations to determine the need for specialized therapy services.
• Communicate evaluation findings to parents and district personnel with clarity.
• Develop interventions with ARD committee to support student outcomes.
• Provide music therapy aligned with IEPs.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed student records.
• Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for services.
