Job summary

BBBSEMO is seeking a dedicated Mentoring Site Supervisor in St. Louis to lead the ABCToday Schools mentoring program at assigned sites.

You will supervise Lead Mentors, coordinate school partnerships, and coach teams to ensure high-quality youth mentoring experiences. Ideal candidates have strong planning and communication skills, with experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, and a passion for youth development and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 4 years related experience.
• Knowledge of K-12 school and resource landscape.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Excellent communication, including writing and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mentoring Program implementation and coordination at school sites.
• Provide coaching and support to Lead Mentors; bi-weekly meetings.
• Ensure effective communication between leadership and school teams.
• Schedule enrollment, interviews, and assessments of children; track attendance.
• Develop and support school partnerships and program materials.
• Coordinate group mentoring sessions and school-focused events.
