Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is seeking an Upward Mentoring Manager for male youth ages 10-13 on a part-time basis in St. Louis. The role centers on delivering high-quality mentoring within the BBBSEMO Roadmap and Theory of Change framework.

You will maintain an active caseload of up to 10 youths, conduct weekly mentoring sessions, coordinate with families, schools and partners, and contribute to data collection, evaluation, and reporting to demonstrate growth and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Organize Upward Mentoring Program with up to 10 active youth, providing weekly mentoring 2+ hours per youth.
• Check in with parents monthly and complete home visits as needed.
• Plan and lead group mentoring meetings and activities; set youth-led goals and track progress.
