Job summary

BBBSEMO seeks a Lead Mentor in Cape Girardeau, MO to organize group mentoring and support students in our ABCToday Schools program under the Roadmap - Theory of Change. You will coordinate with parents, teachers and the Site Supervisor to deliver structured lessons and mentoring activities.

You will maintain progress data, attendance, and reports, work from schools at least four days per week, and participate in weekly progress reviews to adjust activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 4+ years related experience preferred or equivalent.
• Knowledge of K-12 school context and resource landscape.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead group mentoring sessions with families and schools.
• Coordinate with parents, teachers and Site Supervisor for program delivery.
• Maintain mentoring records and attendance using approved systems.
• Create and implement mentoring curriculum and yearly plans.
• Attend weekly check-ins and integrate feedback into programming.
