Agape Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to deliver direct mental health services to students and clients at the Central Office in Memphis, TN.

The role includes school-based counseling and virtual options, with a primary assignment at a local high school and collaboration with families and school staff. The position requires a master’s or doctoral degree in a clinical field and current Tennessee licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical discipline.
• Licensure: Current, independent clinical license in Tennessee (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Experience: 1+ year post-licensure preferred; school-based and crisis-intervention experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral health services including assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
• Deliver universal and targeted prevention programs aligned with grant scope.
• Develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups on emotional regulation, coping, and healthy relationships.
• Engage families in care planning, safety planning, and referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and data submission for grant monitoring.
