Mercy Community Healthcare in Tennessee is hiring a School-Based Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy to students within the school setting.

You will respond to crises with supervisor support, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with school staff and service providers to support students and families.

The role requires a master's degree in a related field and Tennessee licensure; excellent communication, organization, and cultural sensitivity are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or related field.
• Fully licensed or temporary licensed in Tennessee as LMFT, LCSW, LPC-MHSP, MMFT, LPC-MHSP (temp) or LMSW.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Above average organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic Microsoft Office and eCW experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide therapeutic individual and group counseling to clients and families in a school setting.
• Respond to school crises with supervisor and administration team support.
• Complete clinical documentation as required by the agency.
• Provide consultation and training to the school, administrators, and service providers with the support of SBT Leadership.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as required.
