Agape Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to deliver direct counseling to students and other clients, primarily at a local high school and via telehealth when appropriate.

You will assess, treat, and coordinate referrals, aligning with Hope-centered practices and trauma-informed care. Responsibilities include case management, group and individual therapy, and collaboration with school staff and community partners.

Competenze

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical discipline.
• Current, independent clinical license in Tennessee (e.g., LPC, LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT).
• School-based, adolescent, trauma-informed, or crisis-intervention experience preferred.
• Ability to provide individual and group counseling to diverse clients.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Provide direct behavioral health services including assessment, individual and group counseling, and crisis intervention.
• Deliver universal and targeted prevention programs aligned with VCIF grant scope.
• Engage parents and caregivers in care planning and safety planning as appropriate.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives.
• Coordinate referrals to Agape programs and community providers.
• Maintain confidential documentation and timely reporting to leadership.
