Job summary

The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to provide full-time clinical and operational oversight for behavioral health services delivered in Summit County public schools.

The supervisor will oversee graduate clinicians and coordinate with schools and community partners to ensure MTSS-based supports across all three tiers. This role includes graduate student supervision during fall and spring semesters, coordination of student

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in behavioral health or a related field.
• Current Utah license or certification in good standing.
• Qualified to supervise gradute clinicians in Utah.
• Experience in clinical supervision and youth mental health.
• Knowledge of MTSS, HIPAA, FERPA, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to travel to Summit County schools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least six graduate clinicians and provide required weekly supervision.
• Review cases, documentation, referrals, risk concerns, and treatment plans.
• Guide student triage into appropriate MTSS services.
• Coordinate services across Summit County public schools.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, HMHI, and county partners.
• Support staff training, consultation, and programme meetings.
• Maintain program manuals, consultation, and referral pathways.
• Ensure compliant EHR documentation, consent, confidentiality, and records management.
• Coordinate summer check-ins and service continuity.
