Eskenazi Health Center is seeking a School-Based Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) to provide evidence-based individual, family and group therapy in a CCBHC-aligned program. The role requires a master’s degree and active Indiana licensure with strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, BPSEs, crisis intervention and continuous documentation. A valid Indiana driver’s license is required; location is Indianapolis, IN.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or human services that meets Indiana licensure requirements.
• Active and unencumbered clinical licensure in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC).
• Valid Indiana driver’s license that meets Eskenazi Health’s driving policy requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Operates under Recovery Model and motivational interviewing approaches.
• Provides evidence-based individual, family and group therapies.
• Prepares treatment plans and conducts biopsychosocial evaluations with the team.
• Manages a caseload and coordinates with the treatment team to meet client needs.
• Ensures timely documentation and billing according to guidelines.
• Acts as a clinical resource for less experienced staff.
