Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services field.
• MSW holders must have LSW and work toward LCSW.
• Plan to obtain licensure within 3 years max.
• Valid Indiana driver's license per policy.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Recovery Model and MI; follow accountability levels.
• Complete BPSE, develop diagnostic summary, and treatment plans.
• Manage caseload and engage team to meet client needs.
• Perform individual, family, and group therapy as competency allows.
• Provide quality case management and monitor client progress.
• Document activities and reports accurately and timely.
• Identify community resources and assist client access to them.
• Advocate for clients and develop community relations.
• Meet agency standards for documentation and client service hours.
