Job summary

Centerstone in Columbus, Indiana seeks a Masters level Clinician for Community Based and Office Based care (CCBHC). You will provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults, adolescents and children, while maintaining timely documentation, assessments, and treatment plans.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in social work or psychology, 3–5 years in behavioral health, and an active three-letter or associate license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Three to five years’ experience in behavioral health is preferred.
• Active license (three-letter or associate) required.
• Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (in person, phone, virtual).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and clinical services per established guidelines.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Meet billable hour productivity standards and complete assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and ensure timely authorizations.
