Job summary

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center in Indiana seeks a Licensed Clinician for Child & Adolescent Outpatient (Behavioral Health). Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health meeting Indiana licensure for LCSW/LMFT/LMHC.
• Active and unencumbered clinical licensure in Indiana.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license per Eskenazi Health policy.

Responsibilities

• Delivers EBPs with fidelity in the CCBHC model.
• Prepares BPSE and integrated diagnostic summaries in collaboration with the team.
• Manages a caseload and coordinates care with other clinicians.
• Provides crisis management and safety planning.
• Mentors less experienced staff and serves as a clinical resource.
• Maintains compliant clinical documentation and billing procedures.
