Job summary

Hope Haven Psychological Resource, LLC is seeking a licensed or licensed eligible School Based Mental Health Clinician to join our team on-site with youth. You will provide behavioral healthcare services, support scholars and caregivers, and collaborate with school staff to address depression, anxiety, stress, and emotional regulation.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in counseling or social work, a current clinical behavioral health license, and strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field (REQUIRED).
• Current and unrestricted clinical behavioral healthcare therapy license (plus).
• Previous experience/training as a mental health therapist preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments
• Provide mental health therapy for youth and their families
• Collaborate with faculty and staff on behalf of the youth served
• Create individualized treatment plans for each client
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate treatment
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
• Perform regular reviews of treatment
• Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
