Job summary

Adult & Child Health is seeking a School Based Clinical Evaluator in Indianapolis to conduct initial assessments for students, establish treatment plans and make referrals within our programs. You may provide brief therapy, safety planning, and supervision to trainees when approved.

Credentialed professionals with a Master’s in a relevant field and Indiana licensure will join a collaborative school-based team offering comprehensive services and ongoing professional development in a supportive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
• State licensure for Indiana (e.g., LP, LMSW, LCSW) is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments to determine service eligibility for students.
• Establish treatment plans and provisional diagnoses.
• Make referral recommendations within internal programs.
• Provide brief therapy sessions and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate emergency services and follow-up care.
