Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or demonstrated equivalence as determined by the agency.
• Three years of experience in planning, organizing, and directing the work of a department, program, or agency.
• Minimum of two years of program administration experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders, providers, and state officials.
• Experience with public speaking and the ability to create professional reports and presentations, including PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel within the state as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with program managers within the Single State Medicaid Agency and partner agencies to ensure State Plan provisions reflect current policy and operational practices.
