Job summary

Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. (CIFC Health) is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide school-based therapy to CIFC Health patients.

This full-time role runs during the school year (44 weeks) with typical hours 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; summers are optional on a limited part-time basis. Qualifications

• Must hold current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license issued by DPH.
• Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic psychosocial evaluations and develops care plans with clients and families.
• Delivers individual, family, or group therapy as appropriate within school-based settings.
• Completes documentation per CIFC Health policy and state regulations.
• Coordinates with school staff and psychiatric consultants as needed for treatment planning and safety.
• Maintains patient progress notes and confidentiality in compliance with laws.
