Job summary

COMHAR, Inc. is seeking aLicensed Behavioral Consultant to provide individualized, person-centered behavioral support for children, youth, and young adults in the IBHS program.

You will work in homes, schools, and community settings to implement treatment plans and promote positive behavior and independence. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure meaningful outcomes and community integration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth or young adults.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.
• If providing ABA services, meet supervision and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete client assessments within 15 days of service initiation.
• Observe child in school, home, or community settings for initial assessment.
• Develop and instruct intervention plans with the treatment team.
