Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field.
• Previous classroom or therapeutic milieu experience preferred.
• Exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) desired.
• ACT 33/ACT 34, FBI fingerprint clearances.
• PA Mandated Reporter Training.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute IEPs and Mental Health Treatment Plans for learners.
• Incorporate Behavior Analytic principles into classroom management and apply behavior plans with fidelity, ensuring progress.
