Job summary
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its school-based team in Pennsylvania. The position is a 12-month role focused on evidence-based behavior change for students with disabilities, working with educators, administrators, and families to implement and monitor behavior plans.
Responsibilities include conducting FBAs/BSPs, training staff, and ensuring compliance with PDE and state regulations.
Qualifications
- Masters’ or Doctoral degree in psychology, special education or related field.
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis or eligible to sit for exam.
- Prior experience working with students with special needs.
- Prior experience writing FBAs, BSPs.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavior change services using Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Lead developer of positive behavior support plans and ensure fidelity of implementation.
- Advise educators and administrators on best practices and regulations.
- Collaborate with school and agency personnel and participate in IEP meetings.
- Ensure documentation complies with state and federal regulations for school-based services.
