Qualifications

• Experience with students with disabilities in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program is required.
• Current COTA certification and ability to collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement therapy plans under the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct OT services to students individually or in small groups.
• Help students develop fine motor, sensory, visual-motor and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with teachers and child study team.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes for IEP compliance.
• Maintain accurate therapy records and reports.
