Job summary

EDU-AIDs seeks a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our school-based team in Bethel, CT. You will work under a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services, supporting students’ functional, academic, and social goals in a full-time, on-site setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Connecticut COTA license and an associate degree, with preference for school or pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Connecticut COTA license.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
