EDU Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide school-based therapy during the 2026–2027 academic year. The COTA will support students in developing functional, motor, sensory, and adaptive skills for classroom participation.

Responsibilities include assisting the supervising OTs, supporting execution of IEPs, and collaborating with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into daily routines; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • NBCOT exam completed and COTA certification current.
  • Active state licensure or certification (or ability to obtain before start).
  • Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes.
