Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for school-based roles across the Phoenix Metro area, including the East Valley and West Valley. Positions are part-time with flexible scheduling and require AZ COTA licensure and IVP fingerprint clearance.

You will work with licensed OTs, educators, and school teams to deliver individualized interventions based on IEPs and medical plans.

Qualifications

AZ COTA license current or eligibility to obtain.
IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Experience in school or pediatric settings with children facing learning or social-emotional challenges.
Familiarity with IEPs, treatment planning, and behavior interventions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized treatment programs based on students’ IEPs or medical plans.
Collaborate with the OT and interdisciplinary team to implement goals and accommodations.
Support and follow guidance from the supervising OT during therapy sessions and interventions.
Conduct data collection and assist with initial and ongoing assessments.
Help complete annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision.
Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates to the OT and team.
