Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time role in Sierra Vista, AZ for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person position supports school-based therapy services and collaboration with teachers and families.

You will implement therapy plans, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure accurate documentation. We offer competitive pay and opportunities for growth within a supportive, therapist-led team.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA License.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
