Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year in the Sierra Vista, AZ area. This full-time, in-person position offers a collaborative, therapist-led environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

Active AZ COTA license and fingerprint clearance are required, and you’ll receive competitive pay, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA license required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
