Point Quest Group is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to support students in school-based settings across the Phoenix Metro area. Part-time opportunities with flexible schedules available, working alongside licensed OTs, educators, and school teams.

You will deliver individualized treatment plans, assist with assessments, data collection, and progress reporting, and ensure services align with IEPs and medical plans.

Qualificações

• Active AZ COTA license or eligibility
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized treatment programs based on students' IEPs or medical plans
• Collaborate with OT and interdisciplinary teams to implement goals
• Support and follow guidance from supervising OT during sessions
• Conduct data collection and assist with assessments
• Assist with annual and triennial reviews under OT supervision
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation and provide progress updates
