Job summary

IEP Therapy, a member of the Point Quest Group, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver student-centered therapy in school settings. You will create individualized treatment programs aligned with IEPs or medical plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set meaningful goals.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana Occupational Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain such licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Occupational Therapy from accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver individualized treatment programs for students based on their IEPs or medical plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish meaningful goals and accommodations
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of student needs, including initial and ongoing assessments
• Complete annual and triennial reviews in a timely, compliant manner
• Maintain thorough documentation and provide detailed reports on student progress

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in OT or OT from accredited university
