Job summary

A leading therapy service provider is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their school-based therapy team for the upcoming school year. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for helping children succeed in their educational and functional goals. Qualifications

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.
• Passion for helping children achieve their educational and functional goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering occupational therapy services and activities designed by the supervising OT.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
• Support the documentation and tracking of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the therapy team to reinforce goals in the classroom.
• Prepare therapy materials and ensure a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations under the supervision of the OT.
