TheraPeds Partners is hiring a school-based COTA for the 2026–2027 school year in Georgetown, Colorado. You’ll work under supervision of a licensed OT to help students build functional skills for greater participation at school.

This position offers guaranteed hours, on-site support, and collaboration with teachers and families. Responsibilities include delivering individual and small-group OT services, implementing IEP goals, collecting data, and contributing to progress reports while

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA from an accredited program is required.
• Colorado OTA licensure active or eligibility is necessary.
• NBCOT certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and small-group OT services.
• Implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Address fine-motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor skills and school participation.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Complete therapy documentation and contribute to progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and special education teams.
• Participate in IEP/team meetings as appropriate.
• Communicate regularly with supervising OT.
