Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist for a school-based role in Georgetown, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This on-site position offers 8-15 hours per week with guaranteed hours and a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

The OT will evaluate and support Pre-K through 12th grade students, developing IEP goals and intervention plans while collaborating with educators and families for successful educational participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy and licensure pathway.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Active or eligible for Colorado OT licensure.
• Experience with children or school-aged students.
• School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, IDEA, and educational processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct OT services to students individually, in groups, and in classrooms.
• Conduct OT evaluations and assessments.
• Develop measurable IEP goals based on evaluations and student needs.
• Create and implement individualized intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP and MDT meetings.
